About this provider

We operate a home care and supported living service for vulnerable children and adults. Our services include 1:1 home care, overnight care, end of life support, long term care and complex health care. We specialise in Learning disability, Autism, Physical disability and Epilepsy among other health care conditions such as diabetes.

Our organisation was set up in 2015 to support carers and their loved ones, we are a community organisation which often provide play schemes and short breaks throughout the year.

Our home support services include: tailored care, support with meal preparation, feeding assistance, toileting assistance, showering and dressing, medication assistance, medical appointment support, shopping assistance, moving and handling assistance, light housework, support with dentures, hearing aids and assistive equipment

Minimum 1 hour support, out of hours care from 10pm-8am will incur an additional charge
