WE HAVE VACANCIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED CARE /SUPPORT ONLY OR CARE AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICES

We provide 24/7 support in the community and CQC registered. We support our service users in making a decision on how to live their life in the most independent yet supporting way possible.

Our staff undergo a specific training in communication which explores a number of areas such as; speech, sign, and symbols, objects of reference, gestures or body language. Therefore our team will always be able to understand our service user’s aspirations and to help them to express themselves on matters that are important to them.

We also look at the use technology, lighting, physical space colours to make sure the service users’ living experience is the best it could possibly be.
