Live in care/Respite care/ Long term supported living accommodation
Dementia Care
Hilltop Care’ carers are trained to understand and work with people diagnosed with dementia.
Carers are able to communicate effectively and provide practical experience that will enhance the wellbeing of people living with dementia.
Physical and Learning Disability
Hilltop Care promotes independence and dignity for people with physical and learning disabilities by engaging them in person centre care and support activities.
We support people to shops, colleges/education institutions, sightseeing, cinemas, holidays.
We provide support to learn independent skills.
Mental Health
Hilltop Care works with people diagnosed with mental health to rebuild their lives, regain their confidence to achieve their goals and to ensure they have stability in their mental health.
Reablement
Hilltop Care can arrange carer that can support you in your own home to regain confidence after short illness or period of admission in the hospital, for example, after hip replacement surgery.
Live in care
Hilltop Care can agree with you to develop support plan that will enable care(s) live with you in your own home.
