Support Workers Direct is a social enterprise set up to match the right carers for families and individuals. The service offers personalised care packages for disabled adults in three areas:

• Support at home
• Social inclusion in the community
• Respite support

If you would like support - or if you know someone that would like support, regularly or as a one off, please get in touch so that we can find the right support worker.

We have a great reputation for the calibre of staff that we employ and develop, investing in robust induction training as well as on-going training in safeguarding, medication, first aid, diabetes and many other subjects.
