Along with our partners across West Sussex, we provide Telecare equipment to any vulnerable person of any age. The basic package is a home alarm unit, pendant & linked smoke detector which when activated, automatically dials our Control Centre in Chichester where an operator will talk to you via the hands free alarm unit, assess your needs, and send for appropriate help. We can also offer an alarm which can be used at home and while you are out & about.

This will also locate you if you are reported missing so help can be on its way to you within minutes. Other sensors can be added to the basic package home alarm as required e.g. fall detector / bed sensor / medication dispenser etc. so whatever situation you need help with, we can offer equipment to make your life safer, yet independent. We offer the basic package for first 13 weeks FREE of charge and t hen £3.59 per week. We offer a fault repair service within 1 working day; twice yearly contact with every customer + a Newsletter twice a year. We can arrange for a keysafe to be fitted if you have limited access to local keyholders for a one off charge of less than £50.

On our annual visit to you, we will test and maintain the alarm equipment, but also offer advice about local services, either statutory or voluntary which may enhance your independent living, and refer to you any which you would like to pursue e.g. lunch clubs ; wellbeing advice centres; beginners computing courses; benefit or allowance claims (attendance allowance) etc. Whatever your need, we will try and meet it.
