Included in our managed account services:
•A service agreement so that you know what to expect from our service.
•Home set-up upon request.
•Help to set up any voluntary or assessed contributions.
•Your own email account with us, where you will receive copies of your account statements when the local authority request an audit (paper copies are an optional extra).
•Help to set up a guarantor if required.
