The Light has a dedicated team of support workers with experience of supporting people within their own homes 24 hours a day. We will carefully tailor your plan based on your specific requirements following an initial assessment. We make sure that we listen carefully to your needs and wishes, and then put all that information together and share it with you in a way in which you're happy with. We want to make sure your care plan reflects your expectations and aspirations, as well meeting your medical, physical, emotional and social needs.

The services provided in a 24 hour package could include:
Housekeeping and home management: This can include helping to maintain the cleanliness of your home, running errands and managing bill payments.

Social interaction: This service includes supporting with hobbies and interests, scheduling appointments and social activities and encouraging contact with friends and family

Personal care assistance including: meal preparation ,medication prompts & support with all personal care aspects

Medication prompting or administration.

Working alongside other health care professionals who may be involved in your care.

All of the above, plus the included benefit of knowing your care will be person centred and focused around supporting you, allowing you the comfort of knowing there will be a care worker with you at all times of the day.

***Please note: All of our services have a 2hr per visit per week minimum commitment*** and the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
