We support service users to access day services, college if this is part of their care plan.

Service users are also offered activities at the home such as arts and crafts, games, chicken petting, aromatherapy etc...Staff support service users to attend disco's, go out for meals and or drinks to restaurants and pubs, shopping, daily walks, go to the local park.

Once a year service users are supported to go on a week's holiday at an additional cost. In the previous years service users have been on cruise, caravan parks, beach holidays.

Staff receive all mandatory training as required. At Esther Care Home we strive to offer a home for life to our service users and therefore staff are trained in providing End of Life Care if and when required.
