We are a registered community care provider with the Care Quality Commission. We are regulated and inspected to ensure the service we provide is safe, caring and responsive. We have a growing team of 8 personal assistants and work directly with Rotherham Social Services to provide support to children and adults living independently.

Do you or your loved one need help with:

Benefit's Advice - Help accessing benefits, form filling, getting to and from assessments and appointments, making calls on your behalf. We can assist and help someone for example by writing and filling out forms for them or by providing transport and support to any appointments.

Letters/ Bills – Help with post, keeping up to date with bills and making sure they are paid on time. This could simply mean calling in once a week to open and check mail so nothing gets missed.

We offer a caring support service to families who are living with a disability or mental health condition. Our aim is to help and empower members of the community who may feel isolated or just need a helping hand. This could be by simply helping out with the school run or by making sure the food shop is done each week. Each person is different, which is why we provide a personalised support plan tailored to your individual needs.

We want to help people live independently and give them the support to live their life, the way they want. Each of our assistants are friendly, approachable but most importantly caring and compassionate. We love been around people and love making a difference.

We believe in delivering a personalised service and feel that our service users thrive the most when they are able to build up a trusting relationship with their assistant. Trust and consistency are the foundation's of our service.
