Pay Partners provide a complete payroll and fund management service for service users receiving direct payments.
Full weekly/4-weekly/monthly payroll process, receiving and checking timesheets/hours, auditing exceptions in line with any council/user requirements and processing all necessary documentation from gross to net pay. Distribution of payslips and payments to personal assistants.
All statutory payments required to be made to H.M.R.C. are calculated by Pay Partners. The service includes unlimited advice to service users on all aspects of payroll and H.M.R.C compliance as an employer.
All required statutory records are maintained by Pay Partners including full provision of weekly, monthly or quarterly management information to personal assistant, service user, council and H.M.R.C. for audit purposes.
