Description

We provide support in small residential care homes and supported living services on a 24 hour basis. Our service users have complex needs alongside their learning disabilities such as challenging behaviour and autism. We adopt the philosophy of Positive Behaviour Support and all staff are supported to work proactively with our service users on a day to day basis.
