• A welcome visit to your home at a convenient time for you and your family
• A dedicated team working 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year
• Customer helpline available: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm
• Set up a bank account to receive your care funds
• Set up your supplier profile listing services to be used
• Approval and processing of invoiced services
• Payment of supplier invoices to agreed terms
• Quarterly statements showing payments made and funds still available
• Quarterly expenditure analysis so you can see how the funds are working for you
• Full year forecasting so future expenditure is properly managed and controlled
• Archiving of documents in line with statutory requirements
• Quarterly auditing and documentation in line with local authority requirements
