Craegmoor is the leading independent support provider for individuals with enablement needs. We services to adults and young people over 16 years. Specialists in Autism specific Services, Complex Needs and Positive Behavioural Approaches. The main service user needs we support are mental health, learning disabilities and autism.

Church View
Church View offers specialist support for people with enduring mental health & also experience mild learning disabilities or have a complex diagnosis or needs. The service offers 24 hour 7 days a week specialist residential support and ensures that our service users needs are met thoroughly throughout each day. The service adapts a person centred approach to support each individual following all unique support plans developed with the service users and the care team. This ensures that the support is correct and suitable to ensure goals are aimed and achieved. Staff at Churchview support each individual to access different skills that are identified this ranges from all daily living aspects to college courses or finance budgeting.

Amongst the facilities that are available at Churchview or specialist for 23 people with Mental Health & Learning disabilities. With an innovative person centered support programme in a safe and caring environment providing 1-1 support where needed for recreational activities giving access to education and paid employment opportunities through Craegmoor /Priory. We offer progression through Pathway that fulfils each individuals maximum potential to live offered on site including the service Supporting You.

Cost
The cost of £542.45 is a weekly base fee.
