At times you or your loved ones may need support to carry out tasks at home and in the community.

Our one to one service can include help with the following:
•Meal and drink preparation
•Housework and laundry
•Shopping and payment of bills
•Collection of medication
•Outings and social activities
•Attending appointments

When we get a request for care, our Care Manager first designs a personal care plan after a visit to your home. You decide without any pressure to accept this in your own time. Our Care at Home service provides 24 hour care

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service based on one carer and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
