We provide care services within the areas of Mid Sussex, Crawley and some parts of East Sussex, namely Ditchling and surround villages.

We are aware that when people need support that there might well be a main carer who could be a wife, husband, friend or main carer who need respite from supporting someone on a day to day basis. We offer support either for holidays to allow carers to go on holiday or a few hours a week so the main carer can do the gardening without worrying, concentrate on some hobby, give a room a good clean or have the opportunity to go out with friends, relax, have a meal. Maybe if the main carer wants to go away for the weekend. Whatever respite means to the clients main carer or carers, but it basically means giving you a break and a rest period. This can be one off visits or regular visits, whatever suits the situation best.

During respite, the care worker can do some cleaning, put on washing, drying, make lunch, dinner. Think about what you require from them, even if it is just for companionship.

Call Monitoring
The main carer and family members can be given a password and user name to access the internet to view when a call has taken place and they will be able to see if the care worker has logged in and out and the correct times that they have logged in and out.
