We support people with a learning disability to live the life they choose. This might include personal care, support to access the community or support to visit friends and family.

Our daytime support is available from7am until 10pm, Monday to Sunday. If you need support outside of these hours you will need to order night time support. See our other products for more details.

How do we set up your support?

Before we start supporting you, our New Support Advisor will meet with you and your circle of support to discuss your support needs. This is to make sure we can support your needs in the best way possible.

We will support you to complete a Person-Centred Plan (PCP) which says what your needs are, what support you want and when, who your circle of support is, what you like and don’t like, and what you would like to achieve in the future.

We have a lot of experience in supporting people with a learning disability who have different needs, including complex behaviour. Speak to your New Support Advisor to find out more about our support.
