This service can help you to remain socially active and to remain a part of your local community. Often people become lonely and socially isolated due to an illness or decline in mobility. We can help you to continue to get out and about and maintain contact with those close to you.

Maybe we can help you to access new community activity groups where you can once again make friends and become part of the community.
Care and support can be available from as little as 30 minutes to multiples of hours.
