We will work with you, your family or your circle of support to help you understand the support you can get.

This includes:
• your rights to an assessment of your eligible needs (the things you need support with)
• different support options, organised by you, another organisation or the Council
• different ways you can get money for your support (like a direct payment or personal health budget)
• getting an assessment and asking for a direct payment or personal health budget
• signposting you to support organisations who can help you get and manage your direct payment or personal health budget

If you already know what support you want, we can help you.  We support people to recruit their own personal assistant. Visit our store for more information.

You can contact a Uemploy Consultant directly between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or outside these hours by appointment.
