Respite care

Respite care is essentially a break from your caring role, everybody needs sometime to themselves, and this is that much more important when you are in a caring role looking after another person, be it a family member or a loved one. We understand caring for others is a demanding, tiring role and we all need a break to re-energise ourselves in order to continue providing good care. Our friendly experienced support staff can help, whether this is for a short period of a few days, a set period of a few weeks, a holiday or in an emergency.

We will tailor our support to best suit the person we will be providing care for, a detailed Provider Support Planwill quickly be devised identifying the areas of support that is required. With our trained care staff, we want your family member, loved one, to have the right support when you are not around. We want your break to be carefree with the knowledge your family member, loved one is safe, well cared for with all their needs met, and with everything they need. Personalized Care Services will work with you to ensure everything is in place and provide you with all the information and advice you need to have peace of mind for when you taking your break from your demanding caring role.

Our respite care is a short term temporary arrangement offered to people with complex health and social care needs and the elderly, ensuring the person you care for receives good quality person centred care in their own home whilst you are away, without the need for admission to a care home.
