We at Guiding Hands Organisation aim to encourage and inspire lifelong learning and support positive life choices, whilst promoting resilience through tailored training, mentoring and personal development, our main program being Foodie Fridays delivered across all ages, cultures and gender inclusive.
Learning to cook a quick, easy healthy dish with a qualified Chef, Discussions 'Let’s talk' in regards to eating habits, how to adapt, change and incorporate healthy eating. Looking at recipes across cultures, sharing ideas in ingredients on offer for the Day. Recipes so clients can try again at home. Programs can be meat free/Vegetarian or Plant based.
