Description

HCC provides cultural advice, information guidance, advocacy and representation for all members of Chinese communities to access welfare benefits, housing, education, training, and employment that others take for granted.

HCC works closely with LBH Council, Health Authorities and other voluntary community organisations (VCOs) to meet the needs of service users. HCC actively networks with local VCOs and other organisations in the neighbouring boroughs that provide support to volunteers and refugees.
