Individual 1 to1 support tailored to your needs. This can be anything. Some examples are help with personal care, domestic tasks around the home, training to increase independent living skills, dealing with finances, increasing social networks and making new friends, gaining employment, attending education and leisure opportunities.

It is your support so basically you choose what you want us to help with. We are presently supporting someone in a wheelchair to sail on a large group yacht, and attending late nights music gigs and nightclubs with someone else, often not finishing the support session until 2am. We are supporting a mature gentleman to visit friends and take up dancing lessons, something he would not be able to do if he didnt have support to get on public transport, or help with his mobility. We support a mature lady in her 80s to do her weekly shopping, prepare home cooked meals, change her bed and clean things that she can no longer reach.
