Experience: I have a wide range of experience which includes working with vulnerable adults and young people. I have provided support for individuals with learning disabilities and emotional behavioursI have excellent communication skills and am able to work on own initiative. I have worked both in the community and also in residential environment. My qualifications are level 3 in health and social care with adults and level 5 in leadership and management with young people. I have a I an I date level 3 first aid certificate.
