Situated in a quiet, residential area of Clapham in south London, Collingwood Court is a purpose-built home comprising three separate houses. Each specialises in a different type of care including palliative care, nursing dementia and care for the frail elderly. The houses all have communal lounges and dining rooms and the ground floor houses have patio doors that lead out onto the gardens.

Our three houses each have their own manager and there is a dementia champion and coach within our care team. Each resident has an individual care plan as well as a named carer and nurse.

Pricing Details
Please note the price of £1,200.00 per week is a starting price for nursing care.  As our service is individually tailored and can involve specialist nursing care, the final cost is dependent on your individual needs.  This will be discussed with you and a final price confirmed.
