Constantia Care provides a live-in care service, enabling clients to continue to live in their home to live the life they choose. All care assistants have enhanced police checks and full training, together with full support of a care manager.

Our prime objective is to assist our clients, enabling them to remain in the comfort and safety of their homes for as long as they wish with dignity independence and control over their lives.

Constantia Care adopts a holistic approach to live in care for supporting our clients; focusing on the client's interests and preferred lifestyle. Should personal care or extra support be required this will be put in place enabling the client to live a full and rounded life.

Communication is essential to give a full comprehensive level of service our clients deserve and it is essential to running a competent and reliable live-in care service.

Constantia Care prides itself on the quality of live in care offered; this includes assistance with personal care, cooking, light house work, shopping and other domestic chores which are key components of enabling the client to remain in their home.
