Description

We provide a Support Planning service for clients who receive a budget through Social Services. We provide a managed account service, looking after clients budgets and securing their services for their care, paying invoices for care agencies, activities, taxis. We arrange cinema tickets, gym membership, travel costs. Whatever is included in the budget. We will complete their audit requirements. We provide payroll services, we are registered tax agents, paying personal assistants through online banking for security and they have their money same day, providing wage slips, timesheets, completing clients end of year tax returns. We also provide support to clients to help with sorting out bills, setting up direct debits correspondence.

Experience of staff
All CRB checked, 4 staff, 32 years of social work in mental health team, older peoples generic teams. Safeguarding Training, DOLS training, Mental Capacity Act Training, Child Protection training, Support Planning Training. Bookkeeping, accountancy level 1/2. ECDL, ITQ Level 1/2. Sage 50 payroll.

Support Planning
We provide a support planning service. We will home visit and discuss the plan with the client and work within the allocated budget . We cost and plan the budget and put it all together. We send the support plan back to social services if agreed we will put the plan into place, completing the relevant paperwork and referral forms. We do a 3 monthly review with each client to check everything is running smoothly and if any amendments need doing we will complete and re-send to social services.
