Support we can offer includes:

• Domestic help - our offering includes support with cleaning tasks around you home, vacuuming or ironing.
• Emergency Care - we are able to offer a rapid response for people requiring help in their homes, including rapid response after hospital, another agency has let you down, help with unforeseen circumstances, urgent palliative care in your home.
• Support with leisure and recreation activities
• Support to build or maintain links in your community.
• Support to maintain relationships with family and friends.
• Companionship
• Sitting support whether days or nights

We understand how important it is for you to feel safe and comfortable with people coming into your home. All of our support staff are fully background checked. As a charity we ensure all our staff are values based, committed to providing you with a professional, friendly and supportive service, helping you to remain as active and as independent as possible. Our staff receive regular quality training, to ensure that they offer the very best care and support.

We will always work closely in partnership with you and your loved ones, as well as relevant professionals and agencies, to ensure that we develop and deliver a person- centred package of care and support which is unique to you and tailored to your needs. The length of time we spend with you and the timings of all care and support is down to by you.
