Three Counties Care Services Ltd will provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities; some may depend upon family and friends to provide support. Many adults with learning difficulties live independently from their families and need; support, prompting, assistance and full intervention with daily living skills, personal care and support round the home. We will promote independence and support each service user to maintain choice and control and be as independent as they can be.

We work hard to make a positive difference to our clients’ lives by promoting independence, personal development and well-being through a range of training and support services.

We specialise in providing supported accommodation to clients with learning difficulties in areas which are close to their family and friends. We offer a unique set of tailored supported living services from visits to full-time supported living arrangements.
