Description

London Care & Support Team was established to provide services for two main service areas.

A Short Term Service: (3 Month) step down process from hospital to independent living. This process will involve the personbeing accommodated where daily living and some reintegration social skills will be enhanced and developed.
The process will have input from an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Fitness Instructor and the possibility of Legal Advice.
 
Long Term Service: people who have completed the above short term will be assessed and then either:-
A.         Live independently or
B.         Be placed in Long Term Supported Accommodation.

Mr Wright is a Senior Nurse with senior Hospital Management experience in United Kingdom, Ireland, Sydney and Perth, Australia.

A dedicated and passionate professional with drive, adaptability and skill set to manage within the full spectrum of mental health. Senior Hospital Manager at East Dulwich General Hospital (Maudsley Hospital) London, UK and Unit Manager at the Bethlem Hospital Kent, UK. 

Project Management Institute (PMI) qualified Project Manager with experience of Full Project Cycle from Project Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling to Project Closure.
