Anston Brook House is a purpose built state of the art home offering person centred, targeted support for adults with a learning disability and other complex needs. Our aim is to support each individual to develop towards their outcomes with a view to move onto supported living. Anston brook House has 7 bedrooms all with en suite shower room as well as large, spacious and functional communal areas. The home also benefits from a large, accessible conservatory as well as versatile outside space and secure access. Anston Brook is central to all the local facilities and easily accessible for individuals to be out and about.

Horizon are currently working in conjunction with a local specialist college to enable us to provide educational support as well as residential support.
