We have a lot of experience and expertise and have developed ways of helping people communicate whether they have mild disabilities or have very complex needs. Over 40% of the people that we support do not speak, and our expert inclusion team supports and local staff to support people effectively and to communicate with each person in a way that suits their needs. We run national communications training courses and pioneer approaches including intensive interaction to communicate with people with the most complex needs. We also run specialist Deaf services.

We have a wealth of expertise in providing easy read information on a range of subjects including money management and health, and provide accessible contracts that say how we will support you. We will meet with you to agree a support plan that meets your needs and gives you choice and control and we will review this regularly with you to make sure that as your circumstances change we can change with you.
