Shipton House is an Extra Care service for older people with Dementia.

Shipton House consists of 13 large one bedroom flats and includes wheelchair standard properties. Shipton House Extra Care is staffed 24/7 with an on-site community alarm service.

Communal facilities include: Lift, Lounge, Dining room, Laundry, Garden and Hairdressing facilities Daily activities are held in the communal lounge.

Shipton House is located next to Hoxton Station and surrounded by a variety of shops and local amenities.

The minimum fee rate for the service is £122.59 which includes 3 hours of personal or domiciliary care per week, access to management on site and the provision of a waking night service 24 hours per day. Additional hours of care are currently charged at a rate of £16.48 per hour. Please note that these figures are subject to review.
