Description
Our structured package of support is based on an individual plan agreed with each resident, enabling them to identify their goals and aspirations. Progress towards these targets is regularly monitored and reviewed, with the plan updated to reflect any changing needs. We can provided tailored support, advice and assistance, including: day-to-day general needs, cooking and cleaning, personal care, shopping, managing finances, developing social skills and health and safety in the home, to name only a few.
Residents are encouraged to help with the cooking of meals and other household chores to maintain their independence.
The staff team consists of a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior support and support staff, as well as a handyman to ensure a pleasant, well maintained environment. Approximately 75% of the staff team have an NVQ qualification at level 2 or above and all training is regularly updated either in house or through external organisations; such as first aid training by St Johns ambulance and medication training from Boots pharmacy.
