The Light offers excellent support services with a team of care and support workers with the same aim - to offer high quality levels of care, social support, and accompaniment to social events/occasions/outings along with assistance in planning such events and activities.

We can support you with a number of different aspects including:
• daily living skills
• finances and budgeting & paying bills
• shopping, menu's and planning
• creating recipes to follow and baking
• meal preparation
• personal care
• planning social events
• accompaniment to social events
• planning and goal setting
• Attending and assistance with arranging medical appointments
• Companionship

This support is available as a part of your person centred care plan.

***Please note: All of our services have a 2hr per visit per week minimum commitment*** and the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
