We provide a Lifeline Unit which connects through your telephone to a locally based West Sussex Lifeline Monitoring Centre where a team is on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to deal with your calls.

The unit is supplied with an emergency button you can wear, either as a pendant or on your wrist.

Ask West Sussex Telecare for a free demonstration and your local Lifeline service can give you the chance to see if a Lifeline is right for you with a free 13-week trial. At the end of the free trial period hand it back with no charge or keep it and pay the small weekly rental charge.
