Alternative therapies are intended to help deal with the daily stresses of life. Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Massage and Aromatherapy are available in the Lavender Room at the Carers’ support Centre in Brigg.

All our therapists are trained and CRB checked. Therapists are volunteers who give their time to ensure this valuable service can provide Carers with a little special me time. People who are not Carers can also access this service, however all clients must be Carers Support Centre members.

Membership enables us to continue to provide services at a subsidised cost.
