Hi my name is Vanda, I have worked within adult social care for over 24 years, and have experience of both providing direct care and of working at management level within a day service provision for both the private and public sector.

 Before training to become a Support Broker I wore many caps, including being a person centred planning facilitator and a communications link worker, and therefore have a good understanding of some of the issues facing people when it comes to making decisions and how they can communicate their choices. I have always been about putting people at the heart of any decision making and would build any support plan through your personal choice. I am compassionate and strive to deliver high standards of care, and have the flexibility and skills to help you, with a reputation for being warm and approachable, an excellent listener and someone who has a common sense approach to any problem solving. I hope I can assist you with your future plans.
