With your permission, one of our quality assessors will visit you in your home. They will talk to you about the support you receive and find out what things are going well and what things might not be going well.

After their visit they will write a report, which will be sent to you and the company that is supporting you.

The report we write will include details of how well you are being supported. If there is a need to make any changes, these details will be included in the report.

Our quality checking process helps you to know that you are receiving good quality support that meets your needs. It also provides peace of mind for your family and friends.
