Our Staff are especially trained by our own in-house occupational therapist on activity analysis and person centered goal setting approaches. Most importantly all the care provided to the customer is recorded daily on our activity analysis goal sheets which are then reviewed by the supervisors or Occupational therapist on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

This monitoring system and the use of outcome measures promote progression, identifies limitations and most importantly facilitates independence. The meticulous attention to detail by the staff and management allows Sihara home care to provide the best quality home care.
