We enable people to take control of how their services are planned and delivered and all our services are bespoke to meet the specific requirements of the individual customer.

Our services include:
• Support exactly when needed (24 hours per day, 365 days per year).
• Small care/support team, selected by the customer
• Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, ironing etc)
• Social inclusion activities (accessing community recreational facilities),
• Maintaining relationship (family/friends etc)
• Promoting skills (education/volunteer/employment opportunities etc)
• Shopping/appointments (accompanying)
• Managing money (benefits, finance, budgets, tenancy agreements etc)
• Health (promoting safety/wellbeing etc)
• Promoting achievement/empowerment (goals, ambitions, aspirations, rights, opportunities, religion, beliefs, cultural, ethnic needs etc)

Because CDY provide to the entire age spectrum and to people with many varied needs, we offer “no obligation” home visits, allowing both an understanding of the individual and their personal requirements. Based on compatibility, we will select a small number of candidates who are suited to the prospective customers' needs. We then offer staff profiles containing personal and professional information allowing customers to make an informed decision. Prior to commencing the service, we arrange for the selected small staff team to informally meet the customer to ensure compatibility.

Our rates are £12.50 to £15 per hour (VAT exempt) any day, any time. There are absolutely no further “hidden” charges.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
