Supported Living services will help you to: access and build your community links, gain new independent living skills, identify and take up social/educational or training opportunities, sustain your tenancy, maintain your flat/accommodation, increase your independence, make a positive contribution in the local community, achieve personal goals, move on to independent living.

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
