End of Life Care

Our End of Life care and support will always endeavour to provide support in your own home where you have many memories and people you love. Your home is a familiar safe place where you feel, secure and most comfortable. We will work in a joined up fashion with health care professionals, who will provide the medical support where this is required to make you feel comfortable during an obviously difficult time. You can decide the support you require, our care staff visiting you frequently at times during the day or live in 24-hour care. Our caring experienced staff will provide support with preparing meals and assisting you with eating your meals. Support with personal care, pain management, supporting you with your medication. Our staff team will work with Continuing Health Care teams, district nurses and health care professionals, tailoring support very specific to your individualised personal needs.

Our staff will provide care and support with the involvement of family and friends you wish to be around you, our care approach will work continuously to keep you in control of all aspects of your life until the end time. Our experienced staff will continue afterwards to help your family and friends until the time they say.
