We are a registered community care provider with the Care Quality Commission. We are regulated and inspected to ensure the service we provide is safe, caring and responsive. We have a growing team of 8 personal assistants and work directly with Rotherham Social Services to provide support to children and adults living independently.
Do you or your loved one need help with:
Chaperone Service - Do you need someone to accompany you to a medical appointment or society meeting? Each of our Personal Assistants have access to their own vehicle and can drive you, stay with you and bring you safely back home to where ever it is you need to go. We will not only walk you to your door but we will make sure you are comfortable with a nice cup of tea in your hand before we leave. You can request the same person each visit so you know who is coming and we will drive you anywhere in the Rotherham area. Please call us should you require a chaperone outside the Rotherham area and we can arrange this.
We offer a caring support service to families who are living with a disability or mental health condition. Our aim is to help and empower members of the community who may feel isolated or just need a helping hand. This could be by simply helping out with the school run or by making sure the food shop is done each week. Each person is different, which is why we provide a personalised support plan tailored to your individual needs.
We want to help people live independently and give them the support to live their life, the way they want. Each of our assistants are friendly, approachable but most importantly caring and compassionate. We love been around people and love making a difference.
We believe in delivering a personalised service and feel that our service users thrive the most when they are able to build up a trusting relationship with their assistant. Trust and consistency are the foundation's of our service.
