Respite care allows loved ones and carers the chance to take a break with the assurance that your loved one is still receiving the help and support that they need. Our services are designed to allow you to restore and recharge with the confidence that your loved one is being looked after by one of our skilled and friendly carers.
Our respite services sees warm and experienced temporary carers enter the homes of those who need help with a range of conditions, and provide them with short term care. In the meantime, it allows you to take a few days, or several weeks off from the role and return feeling rejuvenated and restored.
Just because it is short term care, doesn’t mean that the level or quality of care is any less. Our short term carers recognise the importance of careful planning and communicating with you. This way they can ensure that your loved one’s medical and personal needs are met successfully whilst you are away.
Our temporary carers are highly experienced and trained and can provide medical support when needed. You can rest assured that your loved one will continue to get the care and support they require in their own home.
We also provide emergency respite care in cases that you become ill or have to go to the hospital with little or no warning. Our emergency respite carers can take over whilst you recuperate. We can provide excellent short term care swiftly and efficiently.
We understand that allowing someone new into the home can be a difficult decision and that you may have worries over disruption to existing routines which is why we communicate with you to find out specific needs and requirements. In fact, a period of respite can be used as a trial-run before considering a more permanent solution and making a long term commitment. Many of our temporary carers end up looking after their customers on a regular basis, allowing for a companionship to form.
Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price. On top of this is a Registration/Assessment fee to cover administration costs.
