We are committed to the belief that every individual has the right to independence, freedom of choice and most importantly the right to live their life to the full. We deliver a range of high quality cost effective services that maintain or improve our customer’s quality of life. Our support packages are flexible and pay attention individual preferences. We ensure that our customers are fully consulted and involved in the package of care and support they receive and we continually seek feedback to ensure our services remain responsive. All of our services are well co-ordinated and delivered in accordance to a mutually agreed Personal Support Plan.

Our Staff
To ensure quality our dedicated team of Personal Assistants (PA’s) have extensive training, DBS (formally CRB) checks, continual professional development and regular supervision. We also carefully match and introduce PA’s to our customers prior to a service starting and we review those relationships on a regular basis to ensure they are consistent and remain responsive. It is our aim to always meet or even exceed customer expectations. All of our staff drive and have their own vehicles.

Pricing Information
Please note the price of £14.00 per hour is a typical cost for this service per hour per PA excluding Bank Holidays.

This service is available from 7.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Sunday. We cover all of Calderdale and the Outlane, Saldendine Nook, Marsh, Lindley and Fixby areas of Kirklees.
