Description

Network Healthcare provides support and care to Adults in their own homes and to access activities in the local community. 
Our goal is to enable clients to remain independent in their own home environment for as long as possible with agreed tailored support to meet their daily care needs.
Our support and assistance includes agreed visits as required to assist with: personal care, washing, dressing and personal grooming. 
Meal choice preparation and plate up. Medication support & management. Light domestic duties, laundry & shopping service. Assistance accessing the community including escort services to medical appointments & hospital visits. 
Tea for two service, and companionship service. 
Sitting and sleep in services. 
Our service is offered seven days per week, 365 days per year. 
A no obligation free home visit to complete an assessment of needs for each individual client.
Free advice and information service provided.

From £16.00 per hour (if council funded) £21.39 per hour for privately arranged support.
