If you want to get a job, we will work with you to match your skills with jobs that are available and support you through the process of applying for a job, the interview and making sure you settle in to your new job by working with you and your employer. We can provide dedicated job coaches to work with you to create your own “vocational profile” and to support you into employment.

We will meet with you to agree a support plan that meets your needs and gives you choice and control and we will review this regularly with you to make sure that as your circumstances change we can change with you.
