Sue Starkey House is a modern building with light and spacious one and two bedroom flats ideal for a single person or couples.

Whilst we are located in a tranquil area of Stepney Green, we are within easy reach of local bus, DLR and over ground links as well as national rail with direct links to the seaside.

Each flat contains a double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and balcony. The properties come unfurnished to allow new residents to furnish to their own personal taste.

Sue Starkey House has a range of communal spaces including a lounge, garden and a 5th floor roof terrace with outstanding views of the city. We have support workers on site 24/7 to ensure all of our tenants identified needs are met. A Development Officer assists our tenants with a wide array of social activities which take place each week.

The minimum fee rate for the service is £122.59 which includes 3 hours of personal or domiciliary care per week, access to management on site and the provision of a waking night service 24 hours per day. Additional hours of care are currently charged at a rate of £16.48 per hour. Please note that these figures are subject to review.
