Livability ‘Lifestyle Choices’ Bognor Regis - A floating community support service

•Livability runs a growing community service that can be booked from Ashley Place (a residential home in Bognor Regis). 
•The ‘Lifestyle Choices’ service is highly flexible and reliable with an easy set-up process created for anyone over 18 years old with a disability needing ‘just enough support’ for reablement, personal care, independent living skills, travelling skills or to access the community for  medical, educational, work, leisure, religious and social pursuits.
•You may need support to open mail, manage bills and household tasks, assistance with medication or require a well-being checking-in service that empowers you to be your own person.
•Let us know about the support you need, your desired outcomes and work with us to co-produce with you your support plan and timetable.  This may be regular or ad-hoc support from 1 to 24 hours.  You only pay for the supported time you have asked for.
•You may wish to try a new activity or learn a new skill.  ‘Lifestyle Choices’ have supported clients to access university with a regular note taker, travel to new places, to sail and enjoy boat rides, camping, swimming and horse-riding, to attend football matches, general ‘out and about’.  It is your choice, you choose and we ensure the activity is provided with your safety, consent and specific to your wishes by a fully trained, suitable and consistent support team.
