Home Organisation

There are occasions when it is necessary to reassess your home to ensure it is comfortable for you and your lifestyle. Whether or not you have experienced a major life changing event that forces you to review your home, or whether you simply want to update your home.

I can discuss with you what needs changing and help to source appropriate materials and oversee necessary work.

There are occasions when it is not necessary to move home for a sort through your possession might be sufficient. We accumulate so many things during life, yet it is not possible to keep everything; we wouldn’t have enough storage, which is when difficulties can arise.

Property Staging

Congratulations for you are selling your home! Have you presented it for the sales market? Have you put away things or do they hang outside of the wardrobe rather than within it? Did you sort and clear what you no longer need from the cupboards? What about anything you don’t like yet received it as a gift so feel obliged to keep it?

Is there any visible damp patch, peeling wall paper, scuffed word-work or stale odours? Ensuring these minor things are repaired makes your property far more appealing to buyers, whilst it need not be expensive to put them right.

Staging your home helps to attract potential buyers and hopefully obtain the asking price.

Even choosing a removal firm, overseeing maintenance and repairs, means taking time off work to be at home, which is not always practical.

I am able to help you with all of the above, keeping an eye on everything and ensuring that it is all sorted by your completion date.
